Thank you for visiting and shopping at Qalby Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages
Qalby Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
